Fair returns policy

You may return any product purchased from us, except bespoke rings, in its original state within seven days for a refund, less a £9.95 handling charge. Once ordered, a cancellation of a bespoke ring order will be subject to a substantial fee to cover disassembly costs.

Defective products

Return any product found deficient within one year of purchase from us. We will exchange or refund the purchase price at our discretion. We cannot be held responsible for customer neglect or damage.

Responsible Practice

In accordance with the World Diamond Council system of industry self-regulation, we undertake to purchase diamonds from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions.

We guarantee that the diamonds we sell are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and /or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.
